Felicity Bryan worked as a journalist with the Financial Times and the Economist before joining Curtis Brown where she trained as an agent and became a director. In 1988 she left to start her own agency.

Her authors include a wide range of writers, including leading historians, journalists, biographers and science writers, novelists - both literary and popular - and established writers on gardening, health and cookery.

Catherine Clarke was Publishing Director of the Trade Books Department at OUP for several years before she joined Felicity Bryan as an agent in 2001. She represents a broad range of writers of serious non-fiction, including biography, philosophy and history. She also represents a number of bestselling and prizewinning writers for children and young adults. She became Managing Director of Felicity Bryan Associates in 2010.

Caroline Wood was a feature film producer for many years before joining Felicity Bryan as an agent in September 2006. She represents a wide range of best-selling, prize-winning adult fiction writers and is especially drawn to emotionally engaging stories with strong narratives and a distinctive voice. She is also interested in non-fiction. Caroline sells some Film & TV rights for the agency. She became a Director of Felicity Bryan Associates in 2010.

Sally Holloway started working as an agent in association with Felicity Bryan in autumn 2002. Previously she commissioned and edited a wide range of authors, from film stars and politicians to academics and journalists, for Penguin, Headline, Virgin and Fourth Estate. She is interested in both fiction and non-fiction, particularly from innovative writers on contemporary themes.
